Satellite tracking is a good thing but who is paying for these trucks to be equipped with the tracking systems. also, i know all trucks have a bill of ladings but how will we know what is on these tucks coming accross when they have seals i believe that dot has the right to cut seals if there is suspicion. what would be wrong with seals being cut at the border then inspected and new seal put on?? as far as the cdl licensing process in mexico, i think the drivers should have to be issued a new license according to how any other driver in the u.s. has to using the same guidelines testing proceedures. thank you
